The Chainlink

Rode from Buena (just South of Montrose) to the Loop entirely on the Lake Front Path.

Buena to Fullerton: Nice

Fullerton just South: Probably 150 yards or so.  There is a barricade here that you may need to walk through. Some stretches of asphalt missing; similar to when the streets are scraped up in the Summer for resurfacing.  If you can handle those in the Summer, you can probably handle these. You probably need to be able to "pop up" your front wheel in a couple of places where the differential is about 4".

Fullerton further South to North: Nice

North to Oak: Not bad. There is a barricade here that you can probably ride around in the grass.  Some asphalt missing like stated above, but not as severe differential in height. Majority of it is fine.

Oak to Loop: Fine.  There is a barricade here that you need to either ride slowly through or walk through.

I'm sure a rough lake and freezing temps will take Fullerton (lower path) and Oak out of play again soon enough; but I plan to enjoy my Summer route again as long as I can.
