Know of any LBS that has a Kona Ute or XtraCycle/Big Dummy avail for a testride?

Hi,

Cross posted this from Dutch Bikes. (I am still trying to figure out the way this fourm works)
I am thinking of getting a Cargo bike. On my list of bikeshops to visit are De FietsFabriek, Chicago Dutch Bike Company and Copenhagen Cyclery

All of these stores carry designs where the cargo is stored in front of the rider. I want to complete it by testriding some rear cargo designs. Any advice on an LBS that has a Kona Ute or XtraCycle/Big Dummy available for a testride is appreciated

Rapid Transit Cycle Shop on North Ave just East of Milwaukee should have a Kona Ute you can test ride. Nice guys too.
I know my LBS, Cory the Bike Fixer has a Kona Ute on his floor. This shop is on Murray Ave. N of Thomas on Milwaukee's East Side. I bought my current bike from Cory the Bike Fixer.
That is a negatory. When I stopped by this afternoon, they told me that they had gotten one or a few as special order, but they don't usually carry them. They also said they are currently on backorder

Sorry man. Volunteered there over the winter and actually built up a ute for what I thought was the floor. and the fact that they are a kona dealer, just assumed. My bad.
Didn't mean to sound negative in my reply. Ever since I hear this song (listen at 3:31), the word negatory pops up in my sentences. Thanks for the info anyway.

Haha, it's cool. Hope you find one and get to check it out. They are pretty awesome.
Johnny Sprockets on Broadway has a big dummy, set up for tests. I saw it in the window yesterday.
I believe I have the Ute Rapid Transit built. It was auctioned at the Active Trans Bike Town Bash. I've added full fenders and Crank Bros Mallets, and have taken it on rides to Three Floyd's and Ravinia. It has also carried quite an array of cargo. You're welcome to test ride it.
