Open Position for Store Manager - Evanston

Wheel & Sprocket is seeking to hire an experienced leader in the Evanston, IL location. The

ideal applicant has a true passion for cycling. The right candidate will have several years of

management experience building a strong team for the upcoming season leading to excellence in

the five essential areas of sales & margin; payroll; inventory; customer service and net profit.

As a sales organization, the store manager leads the team in strong salesmanship, teamwork

through strong communication skills as a self-motivated individual. We’re looking for the individual with a strong attention to detail and process compliance. Solid knowledge of financial statements a plus.

This salary position includes attractive benefits such as 401k match, bike-to-work cash bonuses,
