is there an alternative to the MKS dust cap wrench?

I can get other dust caps off in a breeze,except for the mks dust caps.

needle nose pliers
tweezers
wrench ....etc

no juice

i just spotted the special mks dustcap wrench on eBay for 7 dollars....it will also fit other dust caps that are similar....

but before I buy it, I just want to make sure that there isn't a diy technique to remove those suckers without scratching the cap

If you see a lot of the MKS dust caps and if this tool would save you time, just order it already.
