Is the Halsted Bridge Open?

Article from Tribune. Can anyone confirm Halsted bridge is open before I head North around 3:00 PM?

It is. As of Wednesday evening you still had to ride on the grated bridge a little further South. The concrete bike lane was cordoned off.

There is a section south of the bridge where you will have to "take the lane" for a short time - It's bottlenecked there and a bit of a pain, but the actual bridge is quite nice. I've ridden the route a couple times and traffic was pretty horrendous every time from Chicago Ave all the way to North.
