For our advocacy groups to start pushing for safer park paths?

Seems strange that Rosa Escareño is allowing 100's of vehicles to drive and park on property and paths specifically meant for non vehicle use 

Also if any of our esteemed bike lawyers could shed light on the laws regarding specific use paths in the inevitable event a vehicle contacts a cyclist or pedestrian?

Personally I'm getting tired of having to avoid vehicles on the path and getting honked at yelled at and called names while using paths meant for the exact purpose I'm using it for
