Internal Gear Hub mechanic needed

My neighbor has a SRAM internal gear hub that "skips." 

Can I get some recommendations on mechanics in the area that work on these things?

Owen at Blue City Cycles.

Notorious DUG at Johnny Sprockets(?) or Westtown Bikes.

If it is skipping internally your best bet is most likely to replace the hub if simple adjustment does not stop it.  Are you sure it is not a chain tension or chain wear issue?

If it is skipping STOP RIDING IT RIGHT NOW as if it is an adjustment issue you will rapidly turn what could be fixed into a pile of junk.
