Sorry for being pedantic, but it's not LAZ that gets paid, it's Chicago Parking Meters LLC – jointly owned by Morgan Stanley, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Allianz Capital Partners. LAZ just operates the meters on behalf of CPM.
