Information Wanted: Cyclist-involved accident on Wednesday, February 22

On Wednesday, February 22 (this past Wednesday), I suffered a bout of amnesia where I lost the time while on a bike ride.  I arrived home with bruises and abrasions and no memory of how I got them.

If you saw a cyclist in a blue hoodie and jeans with a lime green single speed on Grand, Milwaukee or Kimball get in an accident of any kind, please let me know.  Thank you
