Indoor secure parking around Monroe and Franklin?

Heyo y'all. I've been researching this Q and it's been asked a few times for this area, but most discussion seemed to be a few years old. A friend is looking to commute downtown to the vicinity of Franklin and Monroe from the far suburbs. Accepting the myriad options for outdoor parking, he's searching for a secure indoor option.

If he happens to work in 1 n Franklin (I do) there is secure indoor parking. Other buildings have bike rooms I would assume.
