For starters, there are a couple of law firms that are sponsors to this site.  I would start by calling them.

Any lawyer you hire will probably contact businesses in that area (including El Charro) to see if they have security camera footage that shows the vandalism of your bike.  Local bars could be contacted to see if they served these people alcohol and have video of rowdy behavior.

I am not a lawyer, so that is just an amateurish start based on watching many episodes of Law & Order.

That sucks.  Hopefully, the witness will sway the court in your favor.  This is another reminder of how crappy our police and legal systems are.

I would start by deleting this thread immediately. Anything you wrote in a public forum can be used against your case. it's a common theme on here...
