I was surprised by your article .....because I agreed with it. But really that is why there are rules and also why they should be observed at all times. I've approached 4 way stop signs before with another cyclist coming from the left or right. I am there first. I stop, I follow the rules. The cyclist on the cross route just passes right through without even slowing! Like he's king! That is so rude!

As cyclists increase in number (and the number grows exponentially as we speak) we will increasingly have to follow the rules.
