If anyone knows the woman with a filthy mouth who drives this black Jeep 4x4 (license # 585 5178 with large red @ symbols on either side of the license plate) that letting her unleashed dogs chase down recumbent trike riders is not only unsafe for the dogs (I carry pepper spray), but is also illegal, and she can be fined and ticketed.

Thanks. I just sent them a note. The first words were a sanctimonious "blah-blah-blah. Have a nice day." The second was "#^$# $%& $&$ &$# ^#$& f***ing a**hole."
