Not sure this is quite the right thread, but...are the crosswalk countdown timers on LaSalle at Kinzie totally new, or am I crazy? I always remember huffing it after crossing Wells, hoping against hope to beat the red at LaSalle but never having any idea how long the red hand had been flashing. Now, you know. Anyone else notice this?

Sunrise this morning, around 6am. Sorry, the photo doesn't do it justice, especially with the dark beach in the foreground. It was quite lovely.
