I hate these threads, but-- anyone hear anything about a cyclist hit last week at Ashland and Division?

Heard second hand from a witness via a coworker-- I believe in the evening last Monday-- cyclist hit and down at Division/Ashland intersection, driver tried to flee but hemmed in by pedestrians.  Anyone know anything?
