I won't ride any more (less if anything) than before but the drop in temperature gets me ill regularly.  Middle of winter I'll practically be Superman riding out in the coldest of the cold and really, no problem.  But these days, many nights I'm with a mild fever (101 at the moment), some aches and malaise.  It's every fall so not that I don't know the routine but heck it bothers me until the immune system ramps up or whatever it needs to do.

Between the cold weather and my allergy to ragweed, I'm dying right now too.   This reminds me.  With the North Shore Century coming up, what is the proper etiquette for blowing a snot-rocket in a pace line? Is it over the left or right shoulder?  Is there a special hand signal I should use?  Or is it just a verbal call? ("Snot left!!!").   These are important questions.
