795 miles in January, all outdoors. I've been cheating the past few days because I took a week off in Denver to avoid the vortex. 45 degrees today and sunny:) .Btw, the bike infrastructure is unbelievably good here.

Haven't set goals for 2019 -- we'll just see what happens.

In the meantime, I ended January with 1 Perimeter Ride (Jan 4th) and a total of 530 miles (90 road miles + 440 hamster miles.)

Not much, 135.28 miles, but I ain't gonna even think about riding in this cold.

I did manage to get 11'45" on the trainer mounted bike in the basement. Not much but kept the legs working.

8 Miles across 7 rides so far this year, all outdoor. Been using Divvy to get to the Blue Line when I have to go to the office downtown - hoping to stretch it out a little as the weather improves.

Almost 6hrs on the trainer and I ain't even been outdoors ridin' this month yet. yesterday, the 15th, was a glorious day to get out there and I had something that needed doing.

In fact I haven't been out since Jan 8th. I'm not happy.

Just an estimate. Out of seven weeks of school (as of tomorrow), I'd estimate biking in about three of those seven. I am happy to bike in the cold. But any rain=no, any snow on main roads=no (dusting is okay but accrued more than an inch on main roads=no). Since Jan. 14, I'd estimate having only three of these seven weeks to have been clear. Clear is essentially damp or dry. Finally, at five commutes per week, fifteen miles round-trip per commute, three weeks of commuting: 3x5x15 = 225 miles. Just estimating :p :p :P
