A Perimeter Ride is a ride around the perimeter of the City of Chicago. It varies in mileage from approximately 90 to 102 miles, depending on whether one swings around O'Hare.

822 miles (240 road miles; 582 hamster miles).  Shooting for 6,000 road miles and 1,000 hamster miles but the weather is NOT cooperating!

Broke 1000 miles this morning on my commute. At this rate, I might make it to 4000 for the year.

770.1 miles and 4 Perimeter Rides in April.

2,591.8 miles and 12 Perimeters Y-T-D (122.2 miles and now 9 PRs behind last year's pace.)

929 road miles + 915.4 hamster miles -- road miles finally surpassing the hamster.

I don't know where I was pulling those numbers on the third line (maybe it was the Ambien?), but the corrected third line for the end of April should read 1,442 road miles + 1,149.8 hamster miles.

1287 miles through April.

Consecutive days cycled streak for 2018 in tact at 120. All outdoor.

go go go, outdoor!

Just managed 282 miles for April.

That puts me at 979 miles for the year.

775 outdoor; 696 hamster; 1,471 total

(I am very curious about perimeter rides.  could someone share the route they use for these rides?)

First question for you -- do you want to swing around OHare (that totals 102 miles) or cut the corner at Edison Park (Harlem and Devon, which runs close to 90 miles)?

i'd like to see both.  do you have some gpx files you could share?
