Check out this great article on urban design from Good.

Interesting that the focus is on changing urban design for walking (walking is far better than driving for us as individuals and for our society), but that biking is lumped into the good side as well. I agree, of course, but the leap is made.

Anyway, more like this, please - the more real talk about livability we can share, the better!

Great piece! Someone should (that is, I should) send that to the alderman who approved(?) the big box development at the old Wrigley Factory site.

I was also unaware of GOOD.
