Going West on Wilson with no lights, blowing stop signs and almost getting hit. WTF? Passing me on the right so you can fly through a four way intersection with cars lined up at all stops to go through isn't a good idea. And with it being rainy and dark, the likelihood of someone in a cage not seeing you is probably quite high. Why be stupid? You're getting wet already anyway.

And no, it isn't funny when you almost t-bone a car because it's wet and you can't stop, either.

Sounds like this hooligan was trying to get out of the rain a.s.a.p. at the risk of both his and your safety. That's a real shame. All the drivers that were effected have a greater appreciation for bikers now, as an added bonus for the rest of us.
I live near Western and Wilson, and the large majority of cyclists on Wilson do not stop (and I'd say about 1/2 don't even slow) for signs regardless of the traffic backup. If I'm on foot crossing Wilson @ Artesian, I will not enter the intersection if I see a bike coming my way. Too many close calls.
I love to move, but I do MAKE it a goal to doublecheck every intersection for traffic. Safety is VERY the deal!
