Hi everyone I want to invite you to come ride the Hennepin Trail 104 miles of Bike Trails. Starting at the Rock Falls and Sterling you have the Dillon Home Museum the Hopewell and Mound Builder Indians Burial grounds and then a beautiful view from atop the Pedestrian Bridge that spans across the Rock River and over to Rock Falls and the Hydro Plant and then the Hennepin Canal Waterway & Trail which is on the National Registry of Historical Places. The Guard Lock Gates and Lock tender Buildings that have with stood the test of time and are over 104 years old. From here the Trail takes you by two parks and Shelters that include, Frisbe Golf, Canoe Rentals, Paddle Boat Rentals, Water Fountain, Tennis Courts,and much more. on down the trail you arrive at Crystal Lake Recreation, Swimming, Aqua Golf, Go Cart race track, Beach, Music, Food. Further down the trail you have Restaurants and Hotels and from here 10 to 12 miles to Ronald Reagan Birthplace in Tampico Illinois with Restaurant and Bars...
