Help with the Bike Scene in Washington DC?

I just moved to DC from West Town Bikes/Chicago.  I see bikers around the Capital City but am having trouble finding the social group that connects with them the same way I did in Chicago.  Anyone know where to find the local cyclists? The bars they drink in? The Cranksgiving start point? the Chainlink of DC?
