This is a great idea! Holler when you have things set up! The kids having a bike in the first place may be the biggest issue. Perhaps look into a trade off with a bike rental company and getting shirts made (cheaper than buying bikes) with the companies name on them so the company gets advertising and the kids have a ride. Anyway holler when ya have more planned out!
