Yay- Free headlights! I like free things. I also think it is a good thing that the article states they will be stopping motorists as well as bicyclists who are riding and driving dangerously and not following "share the road" etiquette.
I might ride over there just to get a free front light. I some how lose or destroy lights constantly.

This is better than free head lights. However free lights are pretty sweet.

If only the Unicorn with Robocop was running up a rainbow. Still I have to agree that is slightly better than free head lights.
