Groupon campaign to help Active Trans keep cyclists safe at night

The City of Chicago requires cyclists riding at night to have a front headlight and rear reflector. But it's not just a law -- lights are essential to staying visible and safe on our streets. With
Daylight Saving Time ending, even more cyclists will be caught in the dark
without lights. So Active Trans is running a campaign with Groupon’s G-Team
to host a flashmob that will equip over 200 cyclists with free headlights while
educating them about staying safe on the street. Groupon followers are
invited to donate toward the project on November 3-4, with donations being
matched by the Law Offices of James M. Freeman, P.C.  To support this campaign, visit http://www.groupon.com/deals/active-transportation-alliance
