Looks like there is some rope holding the goat's feet together. The story is that these men bring the goat to their client, at which point the goat is slaughtered. It's a business transaction for goat meat when a car or truck is just plain too expensive for the purpose of said delivery. So it's odd, and I suppose not funny.... and makes me wonder how much African bush meat makes it to market in similar fashion.
Ok, cancel the Wrigley Field idea. We'd probably get sued by the ASPCA. Foie gras, anyone?
I did see this today, in front of the Chick-fil-A on Chicago Ave. Hilarious, which brings back recollections of the Cows on Parade street exhibition some years ago.
