Germany to Reduce Allowable BAL for Cycling?

According to the article, some 'experts' favor this, although this opinion is not universal.  More interesting is a survey they quote indicating that 61% of Germans favor a total ban on drinking for drivers.

Though one should not admit this, 3 drinks and a ride is one of my most favourite things on the whole planet.

A mild summer day, a couple 12 oz arm curls and really, its as close as you can get to gently flying.
