FS Vintage Lugged Frame Road bike

This seems to be a European road bike from late 60's to early 70s.

The frame is straight, lugged, and has no dents but does not have headbadge. It is a 19inch frame, should fit people around 5'5"

It was originally acquired to be built up as a fast commuter but plans have changed...

I will include a seat from the parts box.

This bike would be a great start to a fun commuter or a longer rider. Everything works and the tyres hold air. I would consider this a project bike.

I would suggest a tune and tires and this bike will roll nicely for many more years.
