FOUND BIKE! Schwinn Worldsport

I found this bike in the alley next to my garbage cans. It looks too loved to be garbage and may have been stolen. This is a small women's Schwinn Worldsport bike. It has a fancy handbrake and handlebars and a few specifics that the owner would definitely be able to tell me about.
