Found bike in alley. is it stolen or trash? is it yours? Cannondale Road

Found a bike next to some garbage bins with no note in Lakeview. It was unlocked. The front wheel is broken.

Posting in case it wasn't meant to be thrown out and is rather a stolen bike.

Older model, frame is a shade of blue--send me a message with defining features like size, components, stickers, colors, tape, etc.
