Family of handcuffed 13-year-old sues Evanston police

Came upon this kind of by accident.  13 year old honor roll student from academic family nabbed and handcuffed while arriving home on bike.  Interesting inclusion of the arresting officer's Facebook page content in the suit.

Wow. He continued to, detain the child even after it was determined he was not a suspect.
