Ex-Napster exec Milton Olin hit and killed in bike lane by Sheriff in patrol car

Saw this while browsing the news this morning.  The cause is still under investigation.  Let's hope this one doesn't get swept under the rug like so many others.

Mulholland Hwy is rather curvy. I wouldn't be surprised if the sheriff went around a bend and dipped into the bike lane.

I wonder if the prosecutors and judges will give the deputy a pass.  I hope not.
