My daughter and son in law gave me a reflective vest with a flashing LED strip on the back it from Eastern Mountain Sports. So far, I'm underwhelmed. The quality of the electronics is such that they failed the first time I tried to use it. I can get a better quality vest for less dinero at Home Depot. There are no LEDs in the Home Depot vest but it is much nicer.
