ELECTRIC BIKERS USING TWO BATTERIES or PARALLEL BATTERY CONVERTERS

I’m thinking about this upgrade. Please respond with your experience or expertise?

Is it safe? Does it work well? What’s your voltage and total range? Who is your electric bike vendor? Etc….here are two examples:

Parallel is safe.  The resistance of the bicycle motor is the same.  The resistance of the battery is reduced by half.  The total resistance of the motor / battery circuit should only be reduced by a small amount.  The current used from each battery should be slightly higher than half of what it was.  By using both at the same time the batteries balance each other and the reduced current means you use slightly less current against battery resistance so you get slightly more mileage than using one battery then the other.

Thanks Mike! Which device that I posted would you choose ? Also view my post onBike Forums…
