Holy Moly. I actually witnessed a ticket being written for a Coke truck double parked in the bike lane this morning on south Wells St. I stopped to take a photo, and I clapped for the Revenue Department employee writing the ticket. She laughed. I sure hope she wrote two tickets, one for being double parked, and one for parking in a bike lane.
