Monsters is a long-running criterium race held on the Midway Plaisance in Hyde park.  And yes it's running again this year!  But we've forgotten where we came from.  If you or someone you know knows some history or participated in the race more than 10 years ago, comment here or give me a shout at kpmann @ uchicago. edu
