Do It Yourself Tune-up classes Start this Sunday 10/24 @ West Town Bikes

http://westtownbikes.org/node/184236

The winter segment of the Do It Yourself bicycle maintenance class, I teach at West Town Bikes, will begin this Sunday Oct. 24th at 3:00pm.

This 6-week, every Sunday, series will cover everything you need to know to keep your bike tuned up. You will learn to overhaul bottom brackets, headsets and hubs, true wheels, adjust brakes, replace brake pads and cables, and adjust shifters and derailleurs.

West Town Bikes will provide the workstands and tools. Participants must provide their own project bikes, and any other replacement parts needed, which may be purchased before hand at our sales shop, Ciclo Urbano. Storage space will not be provided--you must take your bike with you at the end of each class.

Sign-up Instructions:
Participants must contact WTB Office Manager, Coralee Montes, at coralee@westtownbikes.org to arrange enrollment in this class. Enrollment will be secured with payment. Suggested base donation for this class is $150 (or more, additional donations go to supporting community programs at WTB).

If you know of anyone who might be interested, please pass this event information along.

Thanks,

Ryan

Ryan, will you be doing this in the winter as well? I REALLY want to take this class (and with you as my teacher) but can't do the dates.
After the 6-weeks class I think there is a two week break before it starts up again.
Bump
awesome class.
