Yeah, but they also have to ride in 90-something degree heat with tons of humidity all summer long.

Florida's climate is nice in the winter, but in summer it's my idea of hell.

It was warmer in Chicago than in Chico, CA yesterday. We went on a ride yesterday and I was swearing gloves and balaclava.

Having lived in Florida, I would prefer to ride in Chicago winters than on the roads there in any weather.

That said, I will enjoy riding the Pinellas Trail while I'm there for Christmas.

Yeah, you probably have to watch out for all those elderly drivers with bad eyesight and slow reflexes!
