Hello bike friends,
My name is Jenna Caldwell and I am a graduate student at DePaul University's School of Public Service. I am also an avid cyclist and I'm conducting research to investigate the perception of how safe cyclists feel when riding a bike in Chicago. Specifically, my research is around the Idaho Stop Law and its potential for implementation in Chicago.
I am asking for your participation in an anonymous survey to learn more about your experience biking in the city. The survey should take 5 minutes or less to complete, and your responses will help inform policymakers and advocacy organizations about current cycling laws and how they might be improved to enhance safety for everyone.
Take the bike safety survey here:
If you would like access to the research once it is completed later this summer, you can indicate your interest at the end of the survey. Please post any questions you have.
