The Chainlink

Hey Chainlinkers -

I've been asked many times to do another round of jerseys.  Since it's pretty chilly now, I'm looking to offer a round of The Chainlink wool jerseys.

Any recommendations on other quality companies?

I've been recommended Earth Wind and Rider and Portland/Oregon Cyclewear.

Thanks,

Julie

I second the retro chest stripe of the Earth, Wind & Rider wool jerseys though I suspect any custom joint could/would be able to do that. (Not a big fan of the bicycling meets NASCAR look.)

If you do a lighter version in the spring, let me know.  Thanks!

Julie, love the idea of woolies... is there any possibility of a rerun of the original jerseys as well?

Any preference on short or long sleeve?

Obviously short sleeve costs less.

I'd prefer short sleeves.  I'm pretty new around here - how much were the originals (non-wool)?

Short sleeves.

The original jerseys were sold and distributed by a company called Crank The Earth.

The design was a community contest.

They started at $70 each before tax and shipping in Feb '10, and they did a close out at $20 in April '11.

Wabi Woolens is another high quality outfit.

I'd prefer a short sleeve or a full-zip long sleeve. Another option would be to add matching wool arm warmers to a short sleeve.

Full-zip long sleeved wool is my preference.

i prefer long, quarter/half zip..( More cool than hot days it seems...)
