Currently status of missing bridge on North Shore Channel Trail?

Rode this yesterday and encountered the lovely missing bridge near Lincoln Ave.
 I know that this was funded at one point, but wonder about the current status, especially with Bernard Stone no longer in office.  Have there been any updates?

Thanks for tip on the listserve.  Looks like there has been some conversations about reengaging with the new alderman about the project.
