Hey...we've lived in Chicagoland.  It's cold and (sometimes) snowy this time of year. True, summers are great for cycling.

But it's beautiful out here in Northern Cali.  60s-70s, wineries, pacific coast highway, and roads used by pro tour teams to train.  We host the Tour of California, and other races on our local roads.
