The Chainlink

I have a beautiful 1980's Concorde bike for sale.  This was a top of the line racing bike as used by the PDM team in the 1980's.  The bike is in great condition with a full Campy Super Record group.  Internal cable routing, pantographing and a cool number tag on the top tube. I wish I could keep it as it is my size but I just don't ride it enough and I don't have the money or space to collect bikes.  Let me know if you have any questions, I would hate to have to put it on ebay

56 cm.

what size is it?

Sorry, I forgot that detail.  56 cm center to center for both seat tube and top tube.

Monday bump plus a picture of Pedro Delgado with the PDM team

Hey Louie -- that's pretty damn hot. How did you come to own it? Do you know if it was used in races, and by what rider?

Thanks.

We should collectively buy it and make it a Chainlink bike people could borrow :))
I got it from someone in California but the bike was originally sold in the Netherlands. I don't know if it was part of the actual racing team. The measurements are 56 cms for both seat tube and top tube. Team bikes are usually custome made with weird sizes like a 56 seat tube and a 59 top tube kind of thing.

I should mention that the bike is now on ebay and I've gotten offers from other states but I would rather sell it locally, I'm open to offers.

I've seen it linked twice on other forums.  Comments are generally of the great bike/fair price sort.  I'd love to have it even though it's too small for me.  I don't have the entry fee.  I think you will sell it for what you're asking if you sit on it long enough.

By the way, I have one of those weird sized customs.  It's 56 x 58.5, Czech made Columbus SLX.
