A computer scientist set up a camera and used computer vision software to measure speeding rates on his 25mph street. It will probably not surprise many here that he found speeding rates of nearly 85%. Something to keep in mind when people start talking about "scofflaw cyclists." I used to live on Ridge Avenue near Broadway and speeding rates were at least that high.
