*Gulp*. I was just riding there last week. Generally I found it a very nice place to bike around, most of the drivers were very courteous, slowing down and giving a wide berth as they passed.
Three Oaks Road, despite being named after and leading to the hub of cycling in Berrien County, is one of the least-favored roads for cycling there.
RIP Kevin Flynn.
Our prayers go out to the family.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. tonight - Thursday - at Saint Clement Church, 642 W. Deming Place, Chicago. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the church.
So sad to hear... Me and my family just biked for a week all around that area of Three Oaks and Lakeside. We did make it a point to stay off Three Oaks road. There are many roads other than Three Oaks to take that are much less traveled. Most Michigan drivers give you an extremely wide berth when they pass and you do feel safer. RIP Kevin Flynn
