Caption Contest!

The photo was taken Thursday, July 23rd, about 10pm near the corner of Kedzie and Wellington. The street was taped off for a crime scene investigation of a shooting and cops were crawling all over the place.

From the Tribune article:

As police officers and detectives search the area for evidence and talked to neighbors, several bicyclists and nearby residents passed the scene.

From time to time, officers yelled at bicyclists who would ride into the crime scene past the tape that was blocking the sidewalks and the road.
