Building near Wheel & Sprocket-Evanston

I just heard that the building near Wheel & Sprocket in Evanston burned completely down to the ground.  Does anybody know how much damage W&S might have suffered?

In an article I read today, Chris Mailing (store manager, former Ten27 owner) said he hoped to reopen sometime Tuesday. Evanston FD said the store suffered some smoke and water damage.
