Biking in nothern Wisconsin or Michigan

I am thinking of taking a trip north to Wisconsin or Michigan UP and wanted to do some mountain biking, however, as I have no recent experience of mountain biking I wanted to take a guided trip. Any suggestions of companies to talk to or places to go?
