Love to see all that green on the voting board! HB 5438, legislation to include bicycle awareness within driver's education passed unanimously off the House floor today. Woop, Woop! 108 Aye's w/ 2 Absent...and 16 additional Reps signing on as co-sponsors...bringing the total to 90 out of 110 Reps. Great to see such broad support for this important bicycle safety measure. Thanks everyone who responded to our action alert on on such short notice. You'll be hearing from us soon regarding next steps in the Senate, but for now help us celebrate by LIKING/SHARING the good news.
