Bike tour companies

I'm trying to decide what do to on my summer vacation. I'll likely have a week to take this summer and have been looking at different bike tour companies in Latin America and Europe.

I like the sound of using a tour company because I can have my luggage transported and sleep in hotels. I'm frustrated by the high cost of a single supplement and wary of getting a company with crap bikes.

Have any of you ever gone on vacation with a bike tour company? Can you recommend one or a great route? Other than avoiding London, I'm open to anywhere in the world for this adventure.

I went on a self-guided bike tour to Bavaria last year using Eurobike (www.eurobike.at). I've no major complaints about the company -- the hotels they put you in were nice, luggage was delivered, and people who called for SAG got SAGged. The bikes are what you see on the website - just hybirds but they worked. It was a lot of fun. Germany is a great place to ride, its beautiful and had good food and bier and is relatively inexpensive compared to some other Euro countires.
